I have a 3bd, 2.5 bath , 2 story condo and I have a Master bedroom With Private bath for rent for $750.00 and security is $400.00 prior to move in date; utilities included plus internet, Cable TV is available at the cost of the tenant, also includes Housecleaning. We have a Washer/dryer for tenants only. This is a month-to-month rental, but would prefer someone wanting to rent for 6 months. Female Preferred. There are two Mature women that live here but have no preference on age. The house is kept very clean and tidy and are seeking someone that would match. We are both working professionals that keep quiet during the work week but do not mind socializing on the weekends. The other room is rented to a Mature woman that works the afternoon shifts 2-10 pm Mon-Fri and would appreciate it if it was kept quiet in the early mornings.
"MUST LIVE IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA" The location: Located in Covina near Charter Oak High school and close to Citrus college. It is a safe quiet neighborhood. In the evenings their are a lot of people out walking.
The room: UNFURNISHED Extra Large Room with a Walk-in Closet. I recommend Queen or King bed. (Single Occupancy), No Pets. We do not allow overnight guest, smoking, drugs, persons with a criminal record of any kind, or past evictions. We do a check and also ask for references. We do this to ensure a happy home.
